IDAHO GEM™ is the first-named variety from Gooding Farms in Wilder, Idaho. It is a found variety with unknown genetics, but Idaho Gem has already proven itself as a standout hop that is just bursting with bright red cherries. Idaho Gem is not just one-dimensionally fruity either as it is backed by some dank and floral elements that help it shine even outside of the hazy IPAs and fruit-forward styles where it is an obvious superstar. Idaho Gem is capable of holding its own as a single hop, but also works well in combination with Citra ®, Mosaic ®, Sabro™, and BRU-1™.Origin: Idaho, USA.
