Learn how to make cheese the only way, under our direct supervision! Making cheese is easy, once you learn the tricks and see how it’s done.
During this 2 hour, single session class, you will learn all about cheese additives, procedures and milk products. The class focuses on soft style cheese, which is easier and quicker to make than formed and cultured styles. We get you proficient with Cream Cheese, Yogurt, Feta and Ricotta’s before moving on to the advanced styles.
We put you right to work as the discussion proceeds by having you make a 30 Minute Mozzarella at your station. Take the ‘Stretch the Curds’ challenge and enroll today!
Includes 2 hour class. Enrollment assumes you will bring 1 gallon of milk to make the Mozzarella. If you are unable to bring the milk, we can provide it with prior notice, at an additional cost of $5. We provide all other necessary additives & equipment. Limit 2 people per station.
